Data management for large auditions

Audition Manager (AM) will not run on MacOS Catalina as it is a 32bit app.
At this time, I am studying the possibility of updating to 64bit. Even if updating to 64bit is chosen, it will be many months away.
Here are three of the several current workarounds…
1. Run AM on a PC.
2. Run AM on the old Mac sitting in your closet.
3. Run AM on your Mac using Boot Camp (free) with Windows.
4. Run AM on your Mac using using an older MacOS computer.
My suggestion: Install an older version of MacOS on a small portion of your Mac hard drive or an external 3.1 SSD. Then boot from it when I was using AM. If you choose the external route, it is not necessary to use Boot Camp.
