This column indicates the judges and their assignments.

The number of students that will be judged by each judge.

The number of minutes per student allowed for the judge.

Auditions begin at this time.

Optionally, the end time can be specified.

You may specify the minimum and maximum time that should be allowed for each audition. Audition Manager can then calculate the amount of time needed for each audition.

You may specify up to five breaks and the number of minutes for each. Here, the judges will get 60 minutes off for lunch.

If you’ve specified the begin and end times and all students have been registered, click here to calculate the time necessary for each judge.

After clicking “Adjust Time,” click here to actually apply the new schedule to the student list.
